Tasting Notes

The 2021 Bourgogne Grand Chaliot is limpid ruby in colour. The nose offers Bing cherry and touches of cassis. The palate is medium-bodied with light tannins, quite juicy and maybe just a bit “Glou Glou” on the finish (though what’s wrong with that?) Enjoy over the next couple of years.
