Ama’s 2018 Purple Rose is a saignée of Sangiovese fermented partly in a combination of steel and oak (30%). Rich and textured, with lovely depth, the 2018 is silky, perfumed and light on its feet. It has more than enough complexity and depth to drink well with a wide range of foods.
